Space Rental
St. Mary of the Lake has more than 125 years of history, faith and community involvement. Our most recent renovation project, the Parish Life Center, is located one block from St. Mary’s Church at 4690 Bald Eagle Avenue.
A large part of the renovation included the addition of a state-of-the-art kitchen, gymnasium, community room and classroom facilities. Beyond parish and school activities, St. Mary of the Lake is open for community use. Many rooms are available for rental. Kohler Hall, our new event area, seats 200-300 people and is ideal for wedding receptions, banquets, parties and seminars. Limited space is also available in our church building.
• Rental fees include tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, staging and sound equipment. In addition to the rental fees, there is a $150 refundable damage deposit required.
• Event insurance is required for all activities. Personal homeowners insurance is acceptable or the Archdiocese of St. Paul-Minneapolis offers an event policy for sale.
• Parishioners of St. Mary of the Lake receive a 20 percent discount on facilities rental fees. All other deposits and fees apply.Please contact the Parish Office 651-429-7771 for more information.
