Joanne was born and raised in St. May’s Parish.  Life took her away after college graduation and after nearly 50 years she is back living in White Bear Lake and a parishioner again. For 40 plus years she worked in public service and is well-versed regarding community resources and unmet needs for emergency assistance.  Now “retired” her philosophy is that retirement is time to do all the things you could not do when working full time. She is excited to be working with the parish and community in her new part time  position as Coordinator of Outreach.
